The deal

By using GAAAAY.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. We keep them short and human on purpose.

Your account

Accounts are free. You’re responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account for now (a limited experience for younger community members is planned). Provide accurate information — identity verification is required for posting in community spaces. One person, one account; no impersonating others.

Content standards

GAAAAY.com is a mainstream platform. No sexually explicit or adult content, no escort or sexual services, no solicitation — anywhere on the site, including profiles, comments and future forums. No scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive promotions of any kind.

Advertising follows the same line: promotions for adult-adjacent brands may appear only as clearly-labeled, age-flagged ads with non-explicit creative. Everything on the site itself stays mainstream.

Acceptable use

Be cool. Don’t use the site to harass, threaten, or dox anyone; don’t post hate speech, spam, malware, or illegal content; don’t scrape, attack, or try to break the service. We built this as a home for the community — behavior that makes it unsafe gets removed, and repeat or serious violations end accounts.

Your content

When community features launch (comments, forum posts), what you post stays yours. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it on GAAAAY.com so the feature can work. You’re responsible for what you post; don’t post what you don’t have the right to share. We may moderate, edit for formatting, or remove content at our discretion.

Our content

Articles, branding, design and everything else on GAAAAY.com belong to us or our licensors. Share links freely; don’t republish our content wholesale without permission. For syndication or press: hello@gaaaay.com.

Promotions & advertising

The site may display advertising and clearly-marked promotions. Paid business listings and promotional placements (including in the Community section) are offered under separate terms provided at purchase. We label paid placements as such.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email hello@gaaaay.com with the material’s location, proof of your rights, and your contact details, and we’ll respond promptly.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided "as is". Entertainment news moves fast; we work to be accurate but don’t guarantee completeness. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes & contact
